Kidney consultations

Our nephrologists perform clinical activities both for patients undergoing conservative therapies to prevent and manage the progression of renal damage, and for patients already on haemodialysis.

In addition to dialysis therapies, patients at the clinic may also receive advice about hypertension prophylaxis, follow-up visits, and renal ultrasounds.

Furthermore, our kidney centre also provides comprehensive care that includes specific exams such as arterial blood gas tests and other nephrological laboratory tests. This allows us to constantly monitor the evolution of your condition and the outcome of your treatment in order to obtain the best results for you.

Renal ultrasound

At Ambulatorio Nisseno di Emodialisi, we use the most sophisticated diagnostic imaging equipment to acquire digital ultrasound information. This enables us to diagnose the cause of your kidney disease and is necessary for optimizing treatment as well as managing and following up on vascular access ports for haemodialysis.

Ultrasounds and color Doppler evaluations are performed by our specialized medical personnel with skills certified by the primary national scientific societies.
